Jeff is a career journalist who has written for many publications over two decades, including BobVila.com, The Real Deal, and many others. Jeff credits his perpetually curious mind to the many topics he writes about, such as home decor, investing, flipping houses, sustainable energy, mortgages, and developments.
Throughout much of his writing career, Jeff has also been an active real estate investor, buying, selling, flipping, and leasing property in Brooklyn, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. He remains actively involved in real estate to this day. Most recently, Jeff has focused on a development project in Pittsburgh in which he is rezoning and transforming an 8-unit apartment building into four luxury townhouses.
