$350
Allen came out to bid the job. Was dressed in company work shirt with company patch attached to it. Was super friendly and seemed to think he could repair my concrete porch. He initially bidded the job at $250. He then changed the price saying it would be more labor intensive than he thought. So I agreed to $350. I stressed that it had to pass code. We were already in trouble with the township and we needed it done right so that the inspector would approve. He assured me that he was a preferred contractor for the city of Cincinnati. The job was delayed d/t rain. It was supposed to be a two day repair. Fixing part of it and then coming back the next day to build it up and finish it. He said he was bonded and guaranteed his work. He finally came to complete the job that suprisingly took one day. He told us not to remove the forms for 4 days. We waited 2 weeks. When we removed the forms we seen that he used the quick Crete bag and poured concrete on top of it. The concrete was horrible. No way is this passing code. He then took the left over concrete and dumped it in my back yard. I have pictures of the quality. It is downright dangerous for my kids to be on that porch. When I contacted him he said he did me a favor and should have charged more. I have never laid hands on concrete and am confident that I could have done a better job.

Who actually did some of the work the first day we're extremely nice and helpful for the second day when they had to come back to finish the project Allen was the one who was there and he did a horrible job and now he subsequently told me he doesn't take down the forms for my steps he won't put up the railing that was agreed upon I would definitely not recommend

Contracted with George Allen Back to tear up my existing driveway on 6/20/15. He told me that I would have to pay half of the amount up front, which I did. He, also, told me that I would have to pay for the concrete myself. Being as how I never had a driveway poured before, I agreed. After tearing up the city sidewalk blocks, he left. Didn't put up any caution tape or any barricades. I had to go out & buy it, along with buckets and clips from hardware store. He said 1st day, tear out, 2nd day, set forms, & 3rd day, pour. Well, the weather delayed the whole project. He and his workers accidentally cracked one of the sidewalk blocks of my neighbors on both sides. On July 1st, he was pouring concrete for driveway, curb, apron and sidewalks. In the late morning-early afternoon, after some cursing between the concrete pourer and Allen (business owner, mind you) of Allen's Concrete, LLC--the concrete pourer was finished working with him and left, b/c of Allen's actions. Spoke with concrete pourer about how I was to get rest of my concrete. He told me to contact main office. Spoke with concrete office, who informed me that the rest of the concrete would need to be paid for by the contractor, since it was contractor's fault the concrete pourer left. I informed Allen of this when I got off the phone with concrete mix co. and he flat out refused to pay for any concrete. He said, "I'm done!" He demanded his money, and I told him that I was not going to pay him one red cent until he finished the job. He said, "No, I'm done!" I reminded him that we have a contract. He said, "I'm done!" He instructed his workers to put all tools back in to truck. After I told him that I wasn't giving him anymore money until the work was done, he walked through the semi-completed portion of the driveway and walked off the job. Spoke with police about situation while the contractor was still there and they had city inspector/head township road maintenance stop by again. Allen spoke with the police who informed him that, at the very least, he needed to finish the sidewalks because they are public property. He agreed, but I haven't seen him since and we have had some rain. ...but I would never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone. I would grade him worse than "F" if I could. I have found 7 addresses on him & 3 phone #s. Latest address is 2414 S. Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044 (I think that's the zip code--he put his zip as 45052, but that didn't match up when I looked at the map of Middletown, OH. Current phone # (that is on contract) --513-435-6049.

Came out to do my small concrete patch job for me, then said he did roofing as well. Had him do my roof and guess what first rain and it leaks. Will not return messages to honor the 5 year warranty.Allen and Brook go by numbers 513-435-6049 and 513-435-2662. Did a real hack job, glue everywhere, plus I found out he also used the wrong glue, also has kids helping him out that don't know what they're doing. One stepped on my dry wall when the roof was open and almost fell though.   In case they change their company name the drive a 90's green ford explorer and a old white dually truck with wood rails.

Finally called back after I posted a bad review on CL, and told me I paid for the materials which and he just "'slapped it on".  So in other words he claims he's not responsible, so if you go with this company and order whatever he says is needed and pay on your CC he will not honor the warranty, and even worst not tell you what is needed to do your job right. This is because he doesn't know what he's doing and has hacks that work for him and will hack your home up.  Avoid these people at all cost.  Also goes by BNA roofing.  BEWARE!!!  If you need any pictures please contact me.
