"Everdry did a total basement system for us. Brandon and his crew were amazing at walking through each step in the project, keeping us updated on timelines, and great overall communication. Amazing crew they had. Only reason total experience was 4 stars was the high pressure sales "free inspection". After a thorough walkthrough (which was appreciated), we sat down to a timeshare-esque presentation of their system. Everydry seems to have one big project type, which as someone who hasn't had any previous basement work was needed for our case. After he presented his solution and suggested the total system, he gave us a number that was not itemized or broken down, but just a total projected cost. When we said we'll think about it, the cost came down by 10% if we signed up that day before he left. We again said we'll think about it (even if we had to pay the original estimate). He finally came back with a "final" offer of almost 25% off if we could start on 3 days since a crew was on standby and needed a job. We eventually ended up signing then. Would have been an easy 5* review had he just done the walkthrough and allowed us to get some other opinions or quotes before moving forward with them. That said, the work appears to be fantastic, appreciated the total system, and again the crew, lead by Brandon, was amazing. Left our basement clean and walked us through each new addition to our basement system. Thanks for all your help."

"I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."

From the start, their time management was poor. I never pressured them for speed, yet they seemed to rush without attention to detail. My towel rack now hangs off the wall because they irresponsibly removed the heavy-duty anchors during demolition, despite knowing all fixtures were to be reinstalled. The tile work is disappointing, with uneven spacing and gaps. When I pointed this out, they tried an ineffective fix that only caused more problems. Their excuse was my walls, which is puzzling since they stripped the shower down entirely to the studs and replaced the drywall themselves; defying logical explanation. There were also numerous grout issues, with inconsistent lines, missing grout, and patches on the tiles. They have yet to fix the chipped tile they caused, offering only a partial credit for a tile that was supposedly out of stock. I had the opportunity to have these issues addressed, but my bathroom has already been out of service for more than three weeks. With a family of six, I required it to be operational immediately. In short, my experience has been marred by poor communication, lack of accountability, and severe time management issues. I cannot recommend AES Property Consultants. "Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"There wasn't a clear job understanding given to me on which way I should go with the job, either inside versus outside of the basement walls. They did do the outside walls but didn't acknowledge that the other side (front area) would also have water issues. We had another water leak again, and a lot of water came in the front. They didn't solve my issue, and then they didn't offer a discount to do the inside. They left a muddy mess on the outside of the first job as well, and the steps were also muddy when they put in the beams. I went with competition for the second part."
