The scope of work included digging, old sewer line replacement, installing a back flow check valve to prevent future city sewerage backup and refill and level the dirt back to grade. John was very careful and considerate of the landscape during the work with minimal disturbance to the area. He was very efficient and professional from the project scope, quote, schedule and project completion. "There wasn't a clear job understanding given to me on which way I should go with the job, either inside versus outside of the basement walls. They did do the outside walls but didn't acknowledge that the other side (front area) would also have water issues. We had another water leak again, and a lot of water came in the front. They didn't solve my issue, and then they didn't offer a discount to do the inside. They left a muddy mess on the outside of the first job as well, and the steps were also muddy when they put in the beams. I went with competition for the second part."
