They recommend to me that a new toilet to be replace down the road. I was thankful to them for letting me know and to start planning the bathroom renovation/remodel. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."
