I give Brian a 5 on doing the job, and a 1 on responsiveness - so a 3 average rating. Brian is an excellent plumber, he has done several jobs for me and I would use him again. However, Brian is horrible on responding to texts, phone calls and emails. It is extremely hard to get a hold of him and, he hasn?t shown up for scheduled appointments with no notice or reason given. Very frustrating to communicate with him. But, if your lucky enough to get his attention - he does excellent work.

On-time, polite, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, did a great job of cleaning up, and no problems occurred with the work done, He was here for the first time today, and I have already recommended him to friends.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Out of the three quotes I received, his quotes were the fairest and he was the most experienced. In fact he saved me money by telling me what didn t need done! I have a full house renovation that was built in 1947 with all original plumbing and drains. He installed whole house PEX plumbing, all new drains, ran new gas lines inside and outside for a pool heater, and installed a hot water heater. He also was able to do work the other plumbers were hesitant to do, such as replace our water meter where the water main comes into the house. The work was done very well in the efficient timeframe he estimated. He also gave us sound guidance on how to prioritize our future work and what it would involve. All workers were professional in appearance, polite, and very friendly. He was also extremely flexible working around our concrete contractor who inconveniently show up to pour a new sidewalk the same day he was here to complete this huge job. I have only praise for his customer service and not one complaint. I just found my plumber for all future projects! I m just thrilled.

Brian was able to replace my water heater the same day. He did a great on the install and he uses a higher quality heater. He does a great job explaining and answering any questions that you may have. I would highly recommend Mr. B's (Brian) for your plumbing needs.
