On the tub drain, the snake punctured a rotted out place on the old brass piping at a joint, so the plumber knew they had to replace the piping. No longer a simple job, he had to go get parts and another plumber arrived to finish the piping part of the job. The location they had to work in was really tight and difficult to access, but no complaints. They only charged me for the time they were actually working--2 hours--and were careful to tell me how they were figuring the time and what the price would be. Both plumbers were both exceptionally nice to work with, explained and showed me everything, and the cost was really reasonable. I had a $25 coupon, which made it even more reasonable. Was glad to have them discover this rotted part in the pipe and not me, with a flood in the basement. Also got some good advice on the most cost effective way to deal with my sewer pipe that has problems with tree roots. And the first plumber told me that had I wanted more drains snaked, it would have been the same price, so I had him check my toilet and sink before he started on the tub--they were both fine. I like the fact that they have drain/sewer/septic expertise and equipment. Definitely will hire again if I have a drain issue.

Service was thorough. Worker was polite and cheerful. He respected our property. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Provider arrived promptly as agreed and determined that it was a two-person job because the fridge was located above the finished basement and a line couldn't be easily fished.  An estimate was provided and another appointment was set-up.  We received a call about an hour before they were supposed to show up that they had been held up on an earlier job and couldn't make it that day at all!  I was given another appointment and promised an on-time arrival.  On that day, they showed up an hour late.  T
The work was completed in a timely manner and was very well done.  The workers were polite and I am quite pleased with the work that was done.  If not for the cancelled appointment, this would have been an "A" service.

The workers were very professional & took pride in their work. They had all been working long hours. &  had to combat cold weather but never made me feel like they were doing me a favor. The initial team was upset they could not flush the line as they wanted to be careful  how much money I was going to have to lay out. I sent a letter to the manager letting him know how much I appreciated his workers & would call them again if the need arises.

I've had a section of my foundation rebuilt, which included the pass-through for the sanitary sewer.  This foundation project was done by another company, but had many delays due to weather and other complications.  I had DynAmerican on stand-by to replace the sewer line when the time was appropriate per the foundation timeline.  Through the many delays, Curt from DynAmerican, checked in with me regularly and when the time was right scheduled the work.  The crew was prompt and professional and did a nice job when on-site.

I was entirely satisfied and told the company that I would use them always and would recommend them to anyone that I know and that asks.

My sink/disposal in the kitchen was clogged.  They came and snaked the line and said everything was good to go.  In less that a month it was backed up again.  I called and was told that the work was not guaranteed and would cost at least another $120 or more to come out again and fix the problem.  With that being said, I would NEVER recommend Dynamerican for plumbing/drain cleaning.

The main water shutoff valve in my house had been inoperable for a long time. It was stuck on which is fine until you have to shut it off. I called Dynamerican on a Tuesday and they scheduled for Wednesday morning. The technician showed up right on time. This Dynamerican shop dispatched from Lake Road in Medina County.
It took less than an hour to replace the valve which involved sweating the solder off with a torch and soldering the new valve on. So this investment probably saved me from burning the house down had I done it myself.
This is not a large or difficult job. Because it involved a propane torch I called Dynamerican. I am very happy with the work. The technician was great. They were on time and the cost is reasonable. Now I have a plumber that I can call for bigger jobs.

My sewer line backed up into my basement on Christmas Eve. I called Dynamerican Inc after reading their ad in the yellow pages. Their ad showed they are an Angie's list provider & serviced my area. Their answering service lady was professional & had a very caring attitude toward my problem, as this was Christmas Eve! On Christmas morning, my appointment was scheduled for 12/26/08. Red & James were punctual, professional and answered my questions. They worked quickly and I feel they did a quality job.

The experience was great! They came when they said they would, the crew was courteous and helpful, and we got a good price for it. They got the job finished in the time they said it would be done--they came out right away to take care of it for us!

I have always been satisfied with the routine pump-out service that Dynamerican has provided. The process goes really smoothly; they always come when they say they will and their office is helpful. This year, I had a problem with a pump and Kevin Church came out (on a very cold snowy day) and spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and what we may want to do in the future as our system is getting old. He seemed very knowledgeable and since he is an inspector for that type of thing, gave me a lot of information about our local environmental situation, explained the installation and approval process, told us what different types of systems we might consider, etc. We do not need a new system yet, but I will definitely call him for an estimate when it is time. I got a lot of my questions answered and it was not in a "sales pitchy" kind of way. He did not charge for this consultation.

OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED. PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BY ABOUT $100. IN SCHEDULING THE SERVICE, DAVE TOLD US THAT ''JETTING'' A LINE CAN BE VERY MESSY AND SHARED HIS CONCERN FOR THE FINISHED BASEMENT. I APPRECIATED THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO ASK QUITE A FEW QUESTIONS SO THAT THEY HAD THE RIGHT EQUIPTMENT WITH THEM TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR THE NEXT DAY AND AT THE TIME I REQUESTED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. WES AND TODD ARRIVED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE AGREED UPON APPOINTMENT TIME. THEY WORKED VERY PROFICIENTLY AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY SUGGESTED WE HAVE THE LINE JETTED EVERY 3 YEARS OR SO AS WE HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF HEAVY SLUDGE PROBLEMS IN OUR LINE. THEY RECORDED AS THE CAMERA RAN THROUGH THE LINE LOOKING FOR ROOTS, CRACKS AND LOW SPOTS. GAVE US THE VIDEO TAPE SO MY HUSBAND COULD SEE IT WHEN HE GOT HOME FROM WORK. WOULD RECOMMEND.

FIRST COMPANY CLEANED DRAIN AND IT WORKED FOR 2 DAYS. THE SAME PLUMBER RETURNED AND WORKED FOR SEVERAL HOURS. HE COULD NOT UNCLOG THE DRAIN. HE LEFT A MAJOR MESS AND STATED THAT HE COULDN'T T FIX THE PROBLEM AND DIDN'T T KNOW WHAT TO DO. WE CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT THE SAME PLUMBER OUT TO TELL US THEY COULDN'T T FIX THE PROBLEM AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. HE LEFT. WE THEN CALLED DYNAMERICAN. THEIR PLUMBER ANALYZED THE SITUATION AND DEVELOPED A MULTI-STEP PLAN. HE FIRST CLEANED THE DRAIN. IT WAS CLEARED IN 15 MINUTES. DRAIN WORKED FOR TWO DAYS. THE SAME PLUMBER CAME BACK AND TOOK THE NEXT STEP IN THE PLAN. SPENT ONE HOUR AND IT WORKED. THE PLUMBER THAT HELPED WAS CALLED 'GRANDPA.' HE KNEW HIS STUFF AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FASTIDIOUS AND SUPPORTIVE.
