DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They made a big mess in my basement ruined most of my family’s clothes then proceeds to argue with me and my fiancé about how they are not a cleaning crew when THEY MADE THE MESS THEM SELVES! All they did is snake a drain found out the pipe collapsed. Told me the issue the. Left me with the mess to clean up my self.

I called I left a message and the next morning they called back right away and came to the rescue. I did not use the 24 hour service since I did not have an emergency, but knowing they have one gives be better peace of mind. Amazing work and amazing people!!

My sewer line was clogged I contacted an organization that came to my house they snake my drain they got their snake stuck in my drain and instead of staying and try to retrieve the snakeThey cut it off in my drain it appeared that I would have to dig up my front yard I contacted Allen drain spoke with the owner and he advised that he would send someone out first they were able to get the snake out of my drain and clear my line.Allen drain is a first class organization and I would recommend them for any plumbing services that you need

Super! All I needed was to have the drain snaked and he did it lickety split, no nonsense, and charged a very reasonable rate. Very happy, would hire again.

They were able to come the same day I called, provided pricing upfront and came to the appointment on time. Someone called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. With a little detective work he determined that the issue was less severe than what I originally expected. He repaired the issue in less than an hour and explained some maintenance tips for how I could prevent a recurrence. Pricing was in line with other services I contacted. They were excellent and I would wholly recommend going forward.

It went really well. We called them on a Sunday when the sump pump stopped working after some heavy rains and loads of laundry. They came out the very next morning at 9am on Monday to replace the pump. Jeremy was very helpful in providing tips to avoid overloading the pump going forward and how to monitor the water.

Did a great job. PROBLEM SOLVED.

I've used these folks for years. Each time they have performed to my expectations (ie, fix the problem). They are friendly, professional, and, best of all, they don't leave a mess. Their cost is about average for the area.

Came same day and were able to clear drain completely. Two men were very professional and courteous and clean!

Went fast. however, would be nice to get a call an hour before the technician shows up.

Very happy with the service and the price. On Sunday of Memorial weekend of course my basement drain and main is clogged. I called another nationally known service at 10 am because they had clearly listed 24/7 service. They quoted me a holiday emergency price to come out and said they would call me before they would come and anticipating between 1 and 3 pm as they had another call first. 5 pm and still no call no call. I called their answering service and they had the service man call me back and he said his call ran late but he would call me before he came out. 7 pm still no call. At 8:20 pm I gave up on the national service and I called Allen. It was pouring rain and Xavier arrived around 9 pm. He explained the process and the guarantee. Was very polite and set me at ease. Service was complete by 10 pm and main drain running again. The cost was 2/3rd's the price of the national chain (that never showed up or called back).

They came out a second time around. I was very very impressed with them. I would give them A's all across the board. I would use them again in a heart beat.

REALLY WELL! I called this morning, got an appointment, let the service technician in, had the service completed and was completely done faster than it took the other drain service to even call me back. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, extremely competent and very reasonable. Who would imagine that having your drain back up could turn into such a pleasant experience? Thank you, Allen Drain Service! I will definitely call you again.

They did a fine job. 

They showed up on time he was courteous, he was efficient, he didn't waste anytime got right to it and took care of the job.

They quoted me over the phone. No surprises on cost. They called me when they were going to arrive. Both guys were polite and professional. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up the mess.

Wonderful experience! I've used Allen Drain Service several times and have had excellent service each time. They have always been able to fit us into their schedule on the same day, usually within a couple of hours. The men that have come to do the work are friendly and professional. They were in and out within 20 minutes, and left no mess. Their price is fair and they give an Angie's List discount. I highly recommend them.

I can't read the name of the service man I am very sorry to say. He was a gem. Not only was he professional, he was brave enough to go in the back yard with my 6 Golden Retrievers, who made him VERY welcome, so that he could check my septic. I will use again.

It went very well!. Both of the men doing the work were courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. The leader was very good at explaining to me what they were doing (I didn't even know what a footer was!) so that it made sense. And they were careful to keep our new basement carpet clean. If I have any more drain issues I will call Allen Drain Service.
