They are very professional. When they came in they got right to work. And when finished they would always let me know what was going on if there were any problems they ran into. They always cleaned up the area at the end of the day. They always answered our phone calls if we had questions.

The men were very professional. They arrived and finished on time. Very polite and very knowledgeable. They did an awsome job on the metal roof we had put on our garage. It looks beautiful. We are going to use them again soon to put siding on our garage. I would highly recommend Conner Roofing to anyone. They are a family owned business that have no subcontractors. They do all their own work.

They helped us understand our options and find a reasonable option to replace the roof. We looked at metal as well as other grades of material and Billy Sr. did his research to help us make sure we were putting in an appropriate material without spending more than necessary. Most reasonable estimate for same work - done in a day and almost a year later, everything looks great and functions well. We have also used them in past for vents, etc.

The company tried to stop the leak with a fairly simple, inexpensive measure first. That was not successful. They returned and did a more complex measure, and the leak stopped. I was very satisfied with their work.

They came out within just a few days of my call. They were just going to do the estimate but he had a few shingles in his truck, so he was able to do the job that day. It was a pleasant experience.

This was the fourth time I have used Billy R. Conner Roofing. Fourteen years ago they did a lay-over - putting a second layer of shingles on top of the existing ones. In 2001, we needed a minor repair and in 2003, they checked for hail damage. They are extremely professional and hard-working and very honest. In 2003, they came out immediately after the hailstorm. They could have made work for themselves, but told me right up front that I had no damage. Mr. Conner is in his 70's and now, after 45 years in the business, leaves the roof work to his son, nephews and grandsons. This is a family owned and operated business, and they take great pride in their word-of-mouth reputation. I have heard other people say they would use no other roofing company. I second that.

IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO GET STARTED (MOSTLY BECAUSE OF WEATHER), BUT ONCE THEY DID GET TO US, THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MR. CONNER ALSO KEPT IN TOUCH TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY'D BE STARTING THE JOB.
