It went fine. They arrived on time and just did what they said they would do for a very fair price. I just can't ask for more. I've used them on several projects, and always the same great fair price and work.

I have called Dale even on a Sunday night, and he returned my call and scheduled an appointment with me for Monday, and sent one of his crew out to fix a problem by Monday before noon, problem fixed.

I don't remember how much we spent. We did have a positive experience with him. He was on time and he did a good job. The guys that work for him are good guys. He did high quality work as well. We will use his services again in the future.

They are very efficient. They are very punctual and very good at problem solving.

We have always used them. They came out, told me what it was and billed me for the job. The guy I dealt with was fantastic and great. He is a friendly guy and does great job. I would tell others to use his services because he comes on time and comes when he says he is going to come. I wouldn’t be able to comment on the price.

It went ok. He tends to be a little expensive but he does a good job.

We had an addition built onto our house in 2003 that included a new master bath. The previous contractor had designed and constructed a two-person shower with tile on the base and on the walls. Unfortunately, the previous contractor did not use the appropriate kind of tile, grout, or sealant for a shower, and within a few years we had tiles falling off the shower walls. We also discovered an extensive leak from the base of the shower, which damaged the underlayment, plywood, and basement ceiling underneath the shower. When our previous contractor didn't respond to our complaints, and, quite frankly, disappeared, we decided to look for another contractor to fix the job. I found Dale Norton on Angie's List and asked him to provide an estimate. Dale and his team were extremely professional, always following through with their time line, costs, and communicating next steps. The guys were very tidy and respectful of our schedules. I felt very comfortable leaving Dale and his team alone in the house while we were at work. Dale and his team worked with us to find practical yet affordable solutions for the project. We will definitely keep Dale Norton plumbing on our "first choice" for our kitchen, shower and bath projects; in fact, Dale will be working on our kids' shower next. We can't wait!

They were fine, they were very responsive and they were very professional. The price was high but I feel that I got my money's worth, I would use them again.

Terry the plumber arrived promptly at 8 am as we planned. He had the job done and was cleaned up and gone by 8:35 am. The company sends a bill later in the month.

I've used them before, and this time he had to use a subcontractor since there was a window where the surround was meant to go. The subcontractor did all the drywall and removed the window. It was a lot of work, but it came out great. My wife added some extras, which added to the price, but he had to get some parts for the tub (handheld shower, safety faucet). At the same time, I was having my drop ceiling in the kitchen redone, which was very messy. The ceiling worker couldn't proceed until an out of place pipe was moved. Dale Norton came over and moved the pipe- he took time out of his schedule to help with other work (kitchen plumbing wasn't part of the deal). I would recommend him.

TERRY WAS VERY NICE. HE WAS ON TIME THE FIRST DAY BUT LATE ON THE SECOND (35 MINUTES LATE, BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR A FULL HR). AFTER TAKING QUITE AWHILE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE APART THE FAUCETS, TERRY HAD TO CALL KOHLER'S TOLL-FREE NUMBER TO ASK HOW THE FAUCETS CAME APART. IN FAIRNESS TO TERRY, A PIECE HAD TO BE CUT OUT TO INSTALL THE SOAP DISPENSER IN THE KITCHEN; THIS TOOK A HR. AND WASN'T TERRY'S FAULT. THE FINAL QUALITY OF THE JOB WAS VERY GOOD. IN THE END, MY FRIEND COMPLAINED TO DALE NORTON ABOUT TERRY TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO INSTALL THE FAUCETS AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL, AS WELL AS THE GENERAL HIGH PRICE. TERRY WAS HERE A TOTAL OF ABOUT 14 HOURS, AND THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATIONS. AS A RESULT OF THE PHONE CALL, DALE SUBTRACTED $100 FROM THE $730 INVOICE. I THINK THIS STILL WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE JOB PERFORMED.

TERRY ARRIVED ON TIME, FIXED THE PROBLEMS, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE ALSO ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE A WINTERTIME POWER OUTAGE TO PREVENT THE PIPES FROM FREEZING. WE LIVE IN A OLDER HOME (100 YEARS).

VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF BEING NEAT AND CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CLOGGED DRAINS IN THE FUTURE.
