"He really knew his stuff! There was a lot to do because bad work had to be removed before the good stuff could be installed. But, he put a new deadbolt on that works like a dream. I had some other people there preparing for some other work to be done, so I lost track of time, but I think he spent way over two (2) hours making sure the lock had a smooth opening and that I didn't have to use a Karate kick to get it to work. I will call him again for any other locksmith work I need. He's the best!"

Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.
