"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

He not only did the contracted work quickly and neatly, he found 2 other problems with our sink and asked if we wanted him to fix those also. I’m just mentioning it again as I sold that condo and a big factor for getting it sold were the beautiful baths. I asked Eric to install shelves to convert to an additional pantry. As usual he was very detailed and particular as how to complete. We discussed wood vs wire shelves and Eric gave me the pros and cons. Once we decided upon wood shelves Eric was frustrated in finding good wood to install. I so appreciate that he was particular in making sure I had proper and long lasting shelving. He was able to add side shelves that I never contemplated, taking full advantage of the space. They are so awesome. His in-depth knowledge and expertise of home maintenance and remodel never ceases to surprise me. He’s very thorough and particular with the materials and brands he chooses as well as being picky with his own work and in turn that is gratifying to know a job is well done and lasting. I can’t recommend Eric enough."

"Excellent job!  Purchased an Angie's list super deal of 2 hours of plumbing for $160.  These guys did an amazing job!  Removing my old water softner was complicated; it was full of salt, water, and the emergency drain was missing.  The water softner was in a utility closet, and right outside the closet was carpeting.  When everything was all said and done, you couldn't tell they had even been there.   Actually, you could tell they had been there because they cleaned where water had been leaking from the old water softner onto the concrete floor, fixed some drain lines, secured my water line to the ceiling, and secured an electrical power strip...I didn't even ask them to address those issues.  Couldn't be happier with my experience!  Also, I figured I would be responsible for disposing of my old water softner and I was wrong, they loaded it into their van and disposed of it for me.

"Millennium was very professional and fairly priced. This is our 3rd clog in our sink, and our 3rd provider to fix it. If it happens again, we'll definitely call Millennium again. Was able to schedule very quickly, and service was done in less than an hour! Didn't try to up-sell me, or add on additional charges, which happened with both the other services. Was informed that Millennium also provides additional contractor services for which I will definitely look into in the future.

"Jeff came over for an evaluation within a few days and provided an estimate within 2 weeks from the first call. He replaced three rotted wooden exterior panels with 1/4” rot free PVC sheets and added a trim to make them look even better than before. Microwave installation was straightforward. He was conscious about in keeping the kitchen clean."
