"Refloor did a great job on my basement and laundry room floors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made picking a color easy. My old floors were scratched up because of my dogs but my new floor is definitely more durable. "I was tired of looking at the carpet in my entry and hallway, as well as the old laminate that was in my kitchen. I saw Floor Coverings International Cincinnati East online and decided to try it. I am very glad I did. Katie came out and was very precise with the measurements and showed me the most gorgeous flooring I have ever seen. After the installation, Katie again came out and made sure that I was happy with what I say and my response was **Words cannot express**, the floors are that beautiful. The material used was much better quality than you would find in some of the big box stores.
