"The experience went well. Alan came at the agreed upon time and quickly started on removing the clog. The cleanout downstairs was unavailable due to the basement being finished so he had to run the auger all the way down from the upstairs kitchen drain. The process did not take that long and the drain was cleaner than it has ever been before. He then gave some advice to prevent the clog from happening again. After that he spent about 30 mins answering questions about the plumbing in my house that we had just purchased. "Zak showed up on time, looked at my to be fixed list and went right to work. He was able to loosen the shut-off valves in both bathroom sinks, so we we didn't have to replace those. (I'm 70 and arthritic, no strength in my hands and wrists.) If the shower regulator goes wonky again, I should be able to fix it myself as Zac showed me how. No charge for that fix. The toilet needed a new flapper-apparently the el crappo one I had used was no good-it was worth the $15 charge to finally not have to turn the water on/off to use the toilet! The cost of the project includes the new faucet which I guess to be $80-100 retail range (a nice Delta basic with sprayer). It was not a simple replumb; there were some challenges getting the old faucet out as parts were rusted and fused. Zac explained everything along the way, took care not to make a big mess and cleaned up after he was done. Took about 3 hours start to finish, including the time Zac took to go purchase the faucet and get the special tools needed to cut apart the old rusted parts. They will be coming back to install some shower rails for us after they get the parts. I will be calling these folks for any more plumbing repairs I need. I was so nice to call and actually talk to a live person and not play phone tag. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were here the next Monday morning as promised. This was a non-emergency call. BTW-they do charge $85 for a service call. This was work Plumb Tech originally did in December 2017. I had washed dishes in a dishpan and when I dumped the dishpan, water gushed all over the floor. I called they sent a tech over immediately-here in about 20 minutes. Turns out my old house and somewhat wobbley sink cabinet contribute to loosening the joints. The tech re-attached everything and tightened all the joints as much as possible. Everything is now working fine again. Done at no additional charge to me. I really need to have new cabinets installed so the sink will not move even a little, but the house is not worth that expense at this point. (We will be investigating some way of stabilizing things.) I really appreciate the fast response and not being charged."

"In the last 10 days Trinity Plumbing has been called to our home emergently.   First we bought a gas stove and it was being delivered in a couple of days and we discovered that the gas line was only to the basement.  We called to have the gas line ran up to the 2nd floor and needed it done very quickly.  We got 3 estimates and Trinity was not only the better price but could get the job done immediately.  I was impressed by the professionalism and years of experience in plumbing.  Then, 10 days later, we came home late to find our water heater didn't just spring a leak but was continuously flowing from the bottom,flooding our basement.   We called Trinity (the receipt still laying on my table from last time made the number easy to find!).  Trinity told us the cost up front to install a new water heater and we asked if they could just go ahead and put in a water softener too.   Trinity showed up with all the equipment needed in just a couple of hours of the call and installed everything.   Both experiences were wonderful.  Trinity does quality work, respectful, friendly, response time was lightning fast and very clean.    I highly recommend this company!"

"This would have gone pretty well except that when John (son of Henry) came to look at the job he told me that they would save and replant the bushes and plants that would have be removed to make their initial hole at the curbside city water connection (about 2'x 6' on surface). This was necessary to allow their underground-pipe installer to reach the depth required. When it came to "replacing" the plants, all they did was dig some holes in what was now a clay surface, pick up the plants with what topsoil balls remained around their roots and put them in the holes, doing little else to properly replant them. I have had to get my landscaper out to finish the job. They did do a very nice job of connecting the new copper water line to the house waterline in the basement and cleaned up well. City inspector checked both ends and was satisfied. Bottom line: if this installation had not had to start in our street-side garden, but maybe just in our lawn, I would have been happier with the results."

"Jason Griggs and his small team did an awesome job! The quality and attention to detail that he brings to the job are excellent. Because he is highly rated on Angie's List, he was also in high demand. While I could afford to wait almost 3 months for him to have an opening, it was worth the wait. I was very satisfied. It was completed several days earlier than initially estimated, too. I had a two-story family room with very high ceilings, crown molding with intricate detail, columns that required detailed trim, and about 10 rooms, a two-story entryway/foyer, long hallways, and a loft. It was an extensive amount of work. Not only was the quality top-notch, but Jason is very good at communicating and doing what he says he will do. He kept me posted when they would begin, gave me daily updates, and when the job was near finished, he walked through the entire house with me to ensure I was satisfied. He consistently worked an 8-hour day, showed up between 8:00-8:30am each day, and finished between 4:30-5:00pm. He was great to work with, respected my property, cleaned up well each day, and when the job was complete, removed everything and left my house in the same condition it was prior to the start of work. His team will move furniture, remove draperies, fixtures, etc. for you. He will put furniture back and he will re-install anything that needs to be put back up. He is a conscientious professional and is respectful and deferential to the customer. He is a refreshing professional to deal with, on top of being a great painter. I could not be at the house every day, as I had to work, and I was able to trust him with my garage code to come and go as needed. He and his team proved to be trustworthy, and after a couple days, I had no worries at giving he and his crew open access to my house and the belongings. You will be very happy working with Jason and he will do a great job for you. I am a picky customer and I really demand high quality. So if I can be satisfied, anyone can be satisfied. Oh, and I found his prices to be pretty reasonable, too."
