"Pioneer came out and gave an estimate fairly quickly, the sales rep was knowledgeable and showed us a catalog of their products. The price was almost identical to 3 other companies A rated on Angie's List. They showed up 2 weeks later as scheduled to install the new fence after ripping out the old privacy fence. There was a miscommunication the first morning about exactly where to put the fence and the gates. After speaking to the installers and the sales rep it was straightened out quickly. They completed the work in 2 days, hauled away old fencing and excess materials. The fence looks great and is exactly what we wanted. "We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
