Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence!
