I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. I received a call within 10 minutes of contacting Angie along with dates available. Mackin sent a crew at the time scheduled. Kristain was able to diagnose the issue with my hot water tank within 10 minutes. I did not need to replace the hot water tank like I had been told by another service. The blower needed condensation removed which solved the problem. The tank would have cost $2350. My wife and I are incredibly impressed with the ethical treatment we received and will become new customers of Mackin. Thank you once again for your oustanding customer service and highly ethical business standards.

I left a request for a quote last night online through Home Advisor due to our hot water heater failing and leaving me a mess. Patrick called me first thing and was phenomenal! He had a technician to me by 9 am. He was professional and attentive and up front. He answered all the questions I had about the quote proofed and was great with calling my right back after I had to take another call and then leave a quick message. His service was excellent! When Kristian arrived he was on time, professional, and listened to our needs. He was willing to take the time for all our questions about the switch to tankless and provided thorough answers. He listened to our concerns and helped us through the financing process. He had our new tankless water heater in within 2 hours after he got back from going to get the tank and parts. Every part of the process was seamless. It was clear, helpful, up front, and done well. We tested our water heater immediately and have zero issues. We will be using them for all things plumbing going forward!
