"We were very pleased with our bathroom remodel. Ww had no choice but to replace our tub. We could have gotten one from a Home Depot or Lowes and had it installed but by the time we would have paid for the tub and the install or even gotten a contactor, the cost would have been fairly the same. Some of the larger companies wanted double for the same thing. They were reliable, and talked us through every step. Joe took his time to do everything right and always cleaned up after himself, even if he was coming back the next day. Courteous, on time, dependable and always kept his word. "Joe and Mike installed hardwood floors throughout my first floor. They did a great job. Had to cut out and replace a board that had a small splinter which they did graciously. Also took the time to custom make a couple of trim pieces. I was a little dissatisfied that there were several marks on the floor which they said was residue from the rubber mallet and would easily wipe off but, not so. It takes a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Qualities I did not find in some of the other installers I had out for estimates. I am a perfectionist and their customer service met my high expectations."
