We could have gotten one from a Home Depot or Lowes and had it installed but by the time we would have paid for the tub and the install or even gotten a contactor, the cost would have been fairly the same. Some of the larger companies wanted double for the same thing. They were reliable, and talked us through every step. Joe took his time to do everything right and always cleaned up after himself, even if he was coming back the next day. Courteous, on time, dependable and always kept his word.
