Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. "We were very pleased with our bathroom remodel. Ww had no choice but to replace our tub. We could have gotten one from a Home Depot or Lowes and had it installed but by the time we would have paid for the tub and the install or even gotten a contactor, the cost would have been fairly the same. Some of the larger companies wanted double for the same thing. They were reliable, and talked us through every step. Joe took his time to do everything right and always cleaned up after himself, even if he was coming back the next day. Courteous, on time, dependable and always kept his word.
