And, even though they had been here all day working on the main septic line. They wouldn't leave until the sump pump was fixed too. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"

"We set an appointment and Mr Rooter rep arrived on time.  He asked several questions about my plumbing and if there had been recent plumbing work.  There had been recent plumbing work as our bathroom was being remodeled. However the construction supervisor told me nothing was done by the plumber that would cause such a problem.
He then examined by hot water heater and pipes in the basement. He called his supervisor and then asked to see where the plumbing work had been done. We went to the bathroom which was still under remodeling and he looked at the shower area pipes and told me there was my problem. There were no "hot" or "cold" handles installed yet (only screws were visible) but both hot and cold water were "on", so there was hot water flowing to that pipe. He explained that hot/warm water was then traveling to the next spigot that was opened. 
He suggested I turn screws "off" with a screw driver for the  hot & cold water, and since he did not perform any service there would be no charge. I followed his direction and that solved the problem."
