So, he installed a new sump pump.  I was pretty disappointed because we have had situations where there is a big storm, power failure, and then, a flooded basement.
Josh did a fine job and one day soon we will be appreciative of having the new sump pump.

They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything.
