"They sent a book before the estimate so I'd understand about basement issues and resolutions. This was well worth the hour it took me to read it. I knew what to expect mostly ... missed the details like the laundry tub would be removed and I'd need to hire someone to put it back and connect the plumbing. I'm sure someone more handy than myself could have done it. While they did a great job covering everything, turning off the furnace, etc, I still got to choke on cement dust in the air for two days as it was too cold to open the windows to air the place out. Got to love construction in the winter! One minor issue with cement dust on my blacktop driveway but I'm working that out with OBA who's customer service has been outstanding! The team who did the work was so friendly and clean in my home. My estimator didn't try to upsell me anything. There was even a supervisory team that stopped by during the work to ensure things were going smoothly."
