"Remodeled Dining room and addition including removing two large windows in addition, framing in holes and installing new siding. Removed closet out of Dining room. Put drywall over brick face in addition.I supplied stained trim but door and doorway to addition stained by New Leaf. Did great job picking out wood and staining doorway. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done. First pics are after completion with last few pics showing before."

It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job.
