From day one, they were super professional, easy to talk to, and really respectful of our home and time. At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. Before wrapping up, he made sure every last detail was perfect before asking for our final review, and handled anything we asked for. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. "the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job. "Eli and his crew saved my build. My wife and I struggled to find honest, kind, and hardworking contractors, but Eli helped us tremendously in all phases of our project (a complete home renovation). He is very knowledgeable and was able to problem solve and find solutions to problems that came up. He didn't delay or put me off. I always felt like a priority and he got work done when he said he would. His crew is very friendly and I had NO concerns about leaving them on the site without me. We are very happy with the work he's done for us. They would go the extra mile and never took shortcuts. I was very involved with our project, overseeing all stages of the build. Eli was the only contractor who didn't take shortcuts or try and get out of fixing a mistake. He was always willing to address any issue that came up and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting his time for asking questions and making suggestions. It is hard to find competent and trustworthy contractors these days, but Eli and his crew were instrumental in helping us finish our home. I highly recommend his services."
