"Showed up daily (Mon-Fri) until completion of the basement remodeling, adding in framing, electrical, drywall, plumbing and finished a full bathroom in its entirety. Rob is attentive to details and will look to finish a project until you are satisfied."

"When my wife and I began meeting with GC’s for our basement remodel project, Gary with P&G Property Solutions was the easy choice. Unlike others we met with, he took the time to fully understand what we were wanting to do along with our budget. He was able to regularly make suggestions in which we could open up more space while also save money. And it wasn’t just Gary that was a pleasure to work with but his entire crew. Whether it was Matt or Ernesto or any of his other crew members, all were polite and treated our home as if it was their own. My wife, kids, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the new, more modern feel of our basement. Well done Gary & crew…you will definitely be our first call whenever we have another project! Thank You!"

"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"I was so pleased with the way the remodels turned out. I had a major kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled and couldnâ t be happier......With the wall removal along with the clean and precise details that Yury and Siarhei put into every step of the projects. I would recommend their workmanship to anyone and will be using them again on future projects!!!"

"Rod was fantastic to work with. Our neighbor hired him years ago to remodel her bathroom. We saw the excellent quality of work that he performed with her shower. She recommended him to us during our search for quotes. He was very responsive and quickly came out and gave us a quote for the job. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We were having a master bath/shower combo taken out and wanted a new tiled walk in shower. Rod had great ideas and suggestions that fit with what we were wanting while being very functional. We arranged a time for when the job would start and he showed up on time each day completing the task over a few weeks. He and his coworker Jerry were very polite and trustworthy. We had no issues with them working in our home while we were not there. They made sure the bathroom was clean each day and everything was put away since we were living in the space during the remodel. We were extremely pleased with the final product and would recommend his services to anyone in the future!"

"Things went great and on time. Work was professional and completed per my expectations. The employees are very courteous and responded quickly to my calls and text. I will use them again when I have more updates or remodeling to do."

"We hired Rob to finish our basement and we are so pleased with the outcome! Rob did an excellent job and his craft is second to none. In addition to his craftsmanship, Rob is so easy to work with. He has great communication and people skills (something you don’t find a lot in contractors). I could not recommend him highly enough for your next project!"

"Jeff and Corey accomplished all requests, despite the difficulty of old post removal despite heavy roots, rock retaining wall, poured concrete patio, and garage foundation. Both are very personable and easy to communicate with. Extremely pleased with the end result."

"I had been looking for someone to handle my carpentry and remodeling needs for some time. I had an immediate requirement for some exterior repairs come up and asked for a referral from the folks at one of the local high end lumber stores. They referred me to Rick at River City Remodeling. I contacted Rick and had him evaluate my situation. He assessed the issue and provided a comprehensive, detailed written estimate which I accepted. The work was subsequently performed promptly, thoroughly and expertly. Rick and his helper were personable and professional. Every detail was addressed and once they left everything was cleaned up with no indication they had been there. I have additional projects on my wish list and River City Remodeling is going to be the first company I intend to call."

"Fantastic, Scott was on time, on task and very informative and professional. Use safety equipment to enter attic to build support for new ceiling fan. Cleaned work are after he completed job. Was informative as to future projects we are planning that he can do. We will certainly use Scott for future home projects and recommend him to our family and friends. Such a pleasure to find a true craftsman."
