Donnie was our technician and he was excellent; very professional, personable, patient, and knowledgable. He listened to our concerns, clearly explained all of our options, communicated throughout the entire process, and had four different quote options for us within 15 minutes of looking at the areas we needed work (new sump pump install with back-up battery and fix a broken outflow pipe). He was able to start the work the same day and finished by lunch time! He treated our property with care and respect. He took before and after photos of all the work and sent those to us for our records. He also walked us through all the equipment before he left. "We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

Then they said my water pump needed replace because there was water all over the floor and the line leading to the garage was frozen solid so the replaced that also and insulated it so it would not freeze. They were fast and efficient and did not leave a mess.
