I contacted GO2AIR before 9am and was scheduled for same day service, which was AMAZING in itself, as my central air had been malfunctioning since April, technician showed up at the time frame he gave me, service call fee was very REASONABLE, or as some say AFFORDABLE, he got my AC working just like that, he was clean friendly and also did extras that another Tech would have added a bunch of misc fee’s I would recommend this company to any and everyone I know or hear state that they or having heating and air concerns. A true Gem. FYI I contacted the old Howards heating and air as that’s who originally installed my unit and it was $174.00 for service call and diagnostic services . I can’t say enough he was great and honest never trying to find potential problems where there were none and educated me on how to properly switch my wiring back when needed.

Steven did a great job. Replied and got here within 20 mins. Very reasonably priced and fast. Will be recommending him to all my family and friend's.

My AC went out, he came quickly and assessed the issue. My system was 25 yrs old and needed replaced. This is why everyone should use a local guy. He was reasonably priced and I wasn’t scammed. He went above and beyond the work he needed to do and even charged my Freon for free. He saw to everything and made sure things were working and cooling before he left. Go2Air will always be who I call first from now on.

We needed service on a clogged condensate drain line - Steven responded to our service request on Friday night (within minutes!) and arrived that weekend to help. He helped me understand the problem, recommended ways to avoid it in the future, and was very quick and affordable. Appreciate his help so much!

Customer service was great and I was able to get an appointment quickly for a sewer line replacement. Unfortunately, the survey the contractor arranged for the day or two before the project did not identify the water supply line, which the crew accidentally broke during the project, and because I did not know where the water shutoff was, there was a lot of water that made for a lot of mud. I called the city water service, they came out and shut off the water, and the crew finished the job the same day, minus the exterior cleanout that they said they would install. Not a big deal since I have 3 in the basement, and it is nice not having to mow around a cleanout in the yard. The crew cleaned up much of the mud but because the rain was in the forecast they asked and I said ok to leaving mud on the sidewalks. The rain that did come was not a power wash, so I cleaned up the rest of the mess a few days later with a hose and brush.
