"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short. Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter. Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"Mr. Shelter was did an excellent job putting a "rubber" roof on our sun porch. He answered my questions, took pictures before & after, cleaned up the scraps and was a pleasant person to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing services."

"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

"Thomas and Daryll knocked a full roof replacement out of the park. Didn’t think I was going to be able to get insurance to help. Thomas worked with my insurer and got me a brand new roof. Can’t complain. The crew cleaned up well and got everything done professionally and quickly. Nice work!"
