Cleaned the chimney to get rid of all the dust. They mixed there own mortar tucked the chimney. The last part they made a new chimney cap. When finished they sprayed a water sealer on the chimney. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off.
