Austin is AMAZING! He tested my water, installed my RO system, and helped me with all my questions. He even told me how to fix our hot water tank that broke. I have had to get in touch with him twice since he came out and he is very responsive and professional. He is very knowledgeable and kind. The RO system is running great, I can actually drink from our fridge and sink now.

Austin, Our installer was very knowledgable. He tested our water and installed the softening system the same day, replacing a 25 year old out- dated system from another company. Answered all our questions, was on time..... Very happy with Hague.

Austin came yesterday to check our system. Since it was 17 years old we needed a new system. He said he would be back at 7am this morning to install a new water softener, iron out system and reverse osmosis. He was here at right on the dot of 7. Did a great job. Everything went smoothly. Austin had came out for a repair on my system which was 22 years old. I had always had a severe iron problem and he mentioned that there was a iron filter out on the market that Hague manufactures and distributes. He explained there is little or no problems associated with it and it works very well. He explained it so well to the point that I decided to replace my entire system and include iron filter. Since I have an upcoming surgery a week from today he said he would pick me high up on the list. He came in the evening and installed the entire system. He gave me time to remove a stand I had the old system on and clean all around it as it was impossible to do so before. It was quite obvious this was not his first rodeo so to speak. Very systematically he installed the entire system which included removing the old system, Replacing it with a new iron filter water softener and brine tank. Later removing all that from my home, bringing in the new system cutting the lines did everything fit perfectly. You took the time to explain the new system to me how it worked, arrange for me to set up the financing one year same as cash, and then later take care of all the warranty cards and so on. All of this was done any three hour period. He also replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis system. The professional service, Knowledge of the equipment, and how to install it was top notch. The pride in his product, company and work ethic was obvious. I would recommend Hague to friends, family and anyone interested in a water softener system, all based on Austinâ  s top-notch performance. I could tell a huge difference in my water quality just hours later as as the foul Odor of the iron bacteria is already gone.

We were skeptical at first because of our prior experience with water softeners. When Austin showed up he was on time, gave us a lot information and gave us the time to think about it. He also followed up with a phone call. I also called Lisa and asked more information. By that point we were convinced that this company would be better than the others we spoke to. We had the softener installed a day later. Austin explained the process it goes through and gave us information about the salt. It has only been 3 days but I can already tell the difference with our laundered clothes and our hair/skin. We recommend Hague Water.

Called Hague on a Friday and they were out on Monday. They did a quick and professional job. The price was what they quoted, no add ons or upsales. Yes I would highly recommend Hague.

They were the most through inspecting the water system in my house. Even going the extra mile to get the water professionally tested for contamination.

We purchased a water treatment system. Installer was prompt and professional. He knew how to make adjustments in the installation to adapt to unique requirements of our home.

Robert was very knowledgeable and personable. There was no pressure to buy anything or upgrade. He just went through everything and let me make up my mind and had recommendations when I asked.

Salesman was very professional and friendly, without being pushy. Water testing covered more then any other company I spoke with. He answered all my questions and even had some information that saved me a little time and money. The installation was quick and done within the time frame given to me and the installer did a great job.

Water System was a bit more than I expected, but the customer service was outstanding. I did not feel pressured to purchase. All of my questions were answered and explained in a clear and understandable way. The job was completed on time as promised and in a neat and satisfactory way.

Knowledgeable sales person, good value based on price and features and cost of operation. Installation went well but do want to note that unit was externally dirty (due to truck it was shipped in) and a little water leaked on the floor during delivery but was cleaned up easily and without a problem. Would buy again.
