"Great experience from beginning to end! (From our salesman, David, to the installers, Travis & Jared). Everything was well explained & I highly recommend using Logan AC & Heat Services. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. "The installation was quick, with limited demo to my finished basement. I had water seeping in under my baseboards and saturating the carpet during heavy rains. The gutter system will collect all that water and divert it to my sump pit. I was thrilled with the work done, and between demoing the drywall and frame to about a foot off the floor, to jackhammering the entire perimeter, to hauling in gravel, and installing the gutter and new window well drains, to finally topping it all off with a moisture barrier and some smooth new quikcrete, it only took a couple of days, and I couple not be happier with the end results."

"My yard has a low point right in the middle of it that when it rains collects all the water and stays wet for days after it rains. I had stay dry install a drain in the exact spot I was having my problems and they ran the drain line to the city storm drain and even brought in dirt to raise the low part of my yard up to help try to make it flat so it looks better. The guys that work for this company really do work extremely hard. They didnâ t stop all day and was able to complete the project in just one day.
