$600 per hour seems a bit steep ($1,000 total). Also, they didn't tell me when I called that there was a $70 fee for providing an estimate if you decide not to use their services. I think that is a bit shady.

Wow! These guys impressed me in every way! Normally, when I call a plumber I begin to worry how much it’s going to cost me...trip charges, etc. Joe’s did not charge a trip charge. They were able to schedule me right away, showed up on time, spent 15 minutes diagnosing and then gave me 3 different options with no pressure and went to work. Job was completed professionally, timely, and respectfully by Jimmy and Connor for a very reasonable price. Joe’s will definitely be my first call. I have found a new plumber that I can trust in my home to do a great job at a fair price.

This company was very prompt in all that they did and very friendly at that. Started digging to curb but found that it was not needed. Only part needed replaced. Offered a senior citizen discount without being asked.

They arrived right on time, even after a miscommunication due to the request for quote process and cleared my drain quickly. The plumber even replaced the pipes under the sink, to ensure the drain was clear. I appreciated his quick service and efficiency. He was very pleasant and got right to work.

Joe and sons checked everything out and told me I needed new toilets (obviously), and they were worried that I had an issue with the main pipes. They replaced both toilets with water efficient toilets with push button flushing (love it!), and they were able to clear both sinks. Some pipes had to be replaced, and some future work will need to be done, but for now, we have two bathrooms with working toilets and sinks!! Happy new year to us!!
