"Plastic/mesh weed guard was included in written, approved quote. As weeds popped up throughout the season I realized there was no mesh. Called to ask for it to be placed as per quote, and was totally blown off. Salesperson said "remember we talked about it, it would be really hard to do that." NO, we didn't talk about it, and as I pointed out, it was part of the quote, so had we "talked" about it I'm pretty sure I'd have had an updated quote. So, what about a refund since I paid for what I didn't get. Nope, no way. Buyer beware - if you want to get what you pay for, supervise the job yourself. VERY disappointed.

"We met James and his team 2019. We saw his truck in our neighborhood, and decided to call. He is pleasant, responsive, polite and most importantly, well educated in all things handy. Though he has helped us with several smaller projects, this most recent one stymied many other repair folk. His approach was careful, thoughtful and cost conscious. Before simply tearing out our failing deck floor and support, took his time, studied the situation and always kept us updated as to his thought process. In the end, he repaired a great many failings in our deck structure, then reinstalled our gently used vinyl flooring. Work and clean up completed within days of estimated time. We will call James again for our home repair needs!

"Jeff came out first to scope out the projects and was very friendly and quoted me a reasonable price for both jobs. He reassured me that he would definitely complete my job before the leaves were to be picked up by the city. I liked him from the start and he was true to his word. he and a buddy came back and worked very hard for two hours to removed the leaves with heavy duty blowers, rakes and tarps. He came back a few days later and mowed everything. He used a weed eater and an edger also. Wow! My lawn as never looked this nice!!! I was looking for a landscaping company that could do multiple tasks for me and I am happy to say I found the perfect one. I'll be hiring him to do many jobs in the future such as planting some blue spruce shrubs for me and repairing my back yard where I had a drainage system installed earlier this year. Of course, I already mentioned these projects to him and the fact that I want him to take care of my lawn next year!!!! I really lucked out with this company!!! It deserves an A++++++++ rating.
