The roof actually is fine. However, I did run into some problems with some damage to some landscape and a gutter. The landscape has come out okay, and the gutter had to be replaced, and they did replace that. The price was very competitive. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future.

I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time.
