I highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a reputable lawn care company.
The supervisor and I played telephone tag for a couple days. He made an appointment to meet at the house but he showed up
early and provided all the information to my daughter and left. I called this supervisor 2 days later and left a message with the office personnel to have him call me. I also told the office personnel that I decided not to do the special treatment and the lawn needed it's regular weed and feed. No call back and no treatment.
I called back a week later. Left the same message on his voice mail system. No response.
Last note: I had them do the aeration and over-seeding and that was a problem. When they completed aeration they missed portion of my lawn and forgot to over-seed the lawn. They came back and completed the work. The service is not worth the $245.
Sent an e-mail to the supervisor requesting that my services be cancelled and requested a confirmation.

"Thank you for your feedback. When examining your account, it appears that you have not been a customer since 2014. Perhaps you are referring to "Weed Man" which is a different company. As for 2014, we serviced your property on April 3rd, May 14th, June 17th, August 4th, October 1st, and Nov 5th, which are all in the proper agronomic time windows. Additionally, we provide our customers with free crabgrass control throughout the year at no additional cost, and will continue to treat it until there is none left. While we have not serviced your property in 2015, we'd be more than happy to have a chance to service it again. Please contact us and speak to one of our Customer Service managers, and we'll provide you with a free application for coming back to Weed Pro."
