John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. "The guy I met with was great from the company.  The person who came to do the work was not great.  Very nice but didn't show up the day I was told but came the next date.  That didn't really bother me because I didn't need to be home for it.  Just thought the overall work was ok to marginal at best.  The lattice work wasn't very good.  We couldn't afford the person I wanted to go with but know I regret the decision.
