If you have other options, never do business with them, they steel your money and give you a disposable house. If you have no choice but to buy from them be involved and voice record every transaction with them, they are liars they bluntly deny their promises so keep a record in voice and text
- Rockford HomesDo not buy with them. Look at MI or Fischer. My concrete ribbon and sidewalk are falling apart, less than a year after moving in. I had 4 concrete companies out to look at it and they all said there is no way it should look like that (I've sealed it twice). They said the pitting, holes, chipping, and spalling were not normal at all. Rockford will not stand behind it even though it was very clearly installed poorly. Very disappointed. Overall quality of the house is poor too. Thrown together quickly with subpar materials. It will cost me $4,000 to resurface the sidewalk and ribbon. I reached out to see if Rockford would at least split it. No response. Thanks, Rockford. I will make it my mission to spread the word of my experience and make sure no one I ever come across in my life builds with you

Unlike most contractors, Jeff is very personable and easy to talk with. He does not rush and he sincerely put our interests first. He was extremely responsive and worked very closely with us to ensure the final product was exactly what we envisioned and customized to fit our tastes. Jeff also provided valuable suggestions for alternatives that enhanced the appearance of the final product. His prior experience was clear from his work and it resulted in a deck we will enjoy for many years. I would highly recommend Jeff for any improvement. My wife and I will certainly be calling him for future work

The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. - Finished Basements Plus Inc.We started this project just before the state mandated a stay at home order due to COVID-19 so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. The communication was good throughout the project. If I had to reach out to them I usually received a call back within 24 hours. I would say there was less than five times I expected someone to work on my basement for the day and no one showed up. It was understandable with the current state of the times. If something was not done to our standard we would collaborate with the project manager to come up with a solution we could all accept. Given the opportunity to pick a company to finish my basement, I would choose them again

Windows:
I desperately needed new windows due to wasps entering my home through the old windows. I previously received estimates from two other companies that were at least 30-50% higher. Andy Price promptly assessed my needs and gave me an estimate on the spot. His team, led by Jason, was excellent and courteous, and the windows were beautiful. The windows were completed in one day, with the outside trim installed on the second day. The team cleaned up each day, leaving their work area spotless.
Flooring:
Briefly, I will share that I called Winchester construction on a Wednesday afternoon and dared to ask if they could complete install flooring, trim, and other details in my basement that was damaged due to flooding, for a monumental celebration on Friday. Andy Price did not hesitate to adjust his schedule to make it happen. His crew arrived the next day, went over and beyond the call of duty for two days, and finished on Friday hours before our celebration. The result was magnificent, and the memories are forever.

"These guys were amazing, the job started right before Christmas and they were in touch with us and checking the dry job every day (with the exception of Christmas) but they were even out there Christmas Eve to make sure we were ok. Ken was our dry guy and I wish everyone had the excellent customer service skills he did, so personable! then they scheduled the work for the remodel after the new year, they came outknocked it out to make sure they didn't inconvenience us, and did a wonderful job. they are now my go to water damage people, no question. As it was an insurance claim I had to be the middle man for the money and even with a delay in one of the payments ($2700) they were so courteous in trying to resolve it.

"Having worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Thwy also poured a new garage concrete floor which was done very well. My only complaint was interior trim around a new window and door into our house that was installed was not part of the agreement, unknown to us at the time.
