The quote initially provided was not accurate and we were overcharged by $600. One of the movers stole an item and was caught doing so. Our personal information was also exposed to this particular individual. However, when we addressed this with management they said we did not have proof of this theft and became irrational. When I asked for a resolution to these concerns, the manager asked me if I spoke English or if he needed to speak another language so I would understand that they were not going to do anything to compensate for their services. He then hung up on me. Such horrible customer service and unprofessional staff. Do not use this company.

I am thrilled with the move experience with All My Sons. Jose, Carlos and Malachi were amazing! Not only were they fast, efficient, and careful with our things, they were also friendly and polite, despite the fact that it was pouring down rain for a good portion of the move. We had a lot of boxes and large pieces of furniture, but they made it look easy. While I hope I do not have to move again anytime soon, when that time does come, I will not hesitate to hire All My Sons again. Thank you Jose, Carlos and Malachi! You took all the stress out of our move.

We paid a $100 deposit which it was my understanding would go towards the service. The person who gave us the quote also did NOT include the "supplies" that they require the movers to use. We are positive that half of the "supplies" we were charged for were NOT used. Based on the phone conversation for the quote- it was explained that the $100 "deposit" would go towards the amount that was shown to me at the end of the move - but that was not the case. So we paid over $100 more than we were quoted. When we called to dispute this- the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. It should not cost $600 to move one bed within town and pricing should be straight forward/not surprise add-ons at the last minute. When they called to offer a "resolution", the resolution was to tell us that we misunderstood and they didn't owe us anything. ALSO-- One of the movers (Jamel) solicited himself to move the rest of our things on the side, required us to pay a $150 deposit, and then DID NOT SHOW... Seems like they need to be a little more picky when hiring. I would recommend choosing a different company for your moving needs.

Tiajja Rowland was in charge of two other helpers. She was very professional, patient, helpful and friendly! Her team made us feel very comfortable about choosing your company. The operations manager, AJ, convinced me to hire a 3 man crew instead of 2, and was confident that they could easily fit the inventory list I provided them on their truck. At the pickup house, the movers tore a wooden gate off of its hinges, pulled a storm door frame off from the house, and hit a toilet so hard moving my dryer that it broke the flange. One of the movers clearly did not care at all about my property, and was dragging my mattress and dresser across a gravel path. The third guy was brand new and clearly not strong enough to lift many items, so spent most of his time walking back and forth from the truck with single items like a couch cushion? clearly worth paying over $75/hr for. They only managed to fit about half of my stuff into the truck, and that was after I removed two of the largest items from the inventory list. They left many things behind that I had asked them to make sure they packed, but after seeing how they treated my stuff, I figured it might be safer for me to handle the rest of the move myself. They did have to do a second trip to come back and get many of the other big items that were included on the initial list, and the team took over 9 hours to complete my move. In total I was left with a broken toilet, broken fence, broken door, rutted yard, damaged freezer, damaged file cabinet, scratched walls, scratched furniture, and an unhealthy amount of stress. Whatever you do, avoid All My Son?s Moving Storage, especially near Columbus. Terrible movers, terrible customer service, terrible claims process, not a single redeeming quality.

It was a horrible experience. The truck they brought was too small, it was much more expensive than expected, items were damaged. We had to rent a second truck and move 4 huge loads ourselves. Run the other way,
