    Todd got back to us right away! Priced around a couple of options and he was by far the most affordable AND it came with everything included we weren’t finding at other companies as everything became add on fees (permits, mirrors, etc). Todd kept in touch weekly and let me know when/who would be coming and all of the contractors were on time. Quality is great and they were able to replicate my new build materials from the first floor for a seamless transition in style. I would highly recommend , we love our new basement

They did an amazing job with our home addition and renovation with attention to detail and consistency until the project was completed.     They did a great job! The finished product looks amazing. I am mostly impressed with the crew (many are employees), the detailed craftsmanship and even their conscientious clean up. The owner, Todd, coordinated the project and had things moving so quickly. As with any remodeling projects, schedules are up in the air- Todd had our project finished in just a few weeks and with fairly good coordination of his crew

    We hired Todd and his team to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement. We are very happy with how the project turned out, they were very good about working with us to design the layout and finishes the way that we wanted them and had no problem making adjustments to the plan along the way. They made sure that we were closely involved during the process and were quick to fix any issues that arose making sure we were satisfied. The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. Todd was great to work with and had no problem coming out after the project was finished to help with a couple items after the fact

    We started this project just before the state mandated a stay at home order due to COVID-19 so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. The communication was good throughout the project. If I had to reach out to them I usually received a call back within 24 hours. I would say there was less than five times I expected someone to work on my basement for the day and no one showed up. It was understandable with the current state of the times. If something was not done to our standard we would collaborate with the project manager to come up with a solution we could all accept. Given the opportunity to pick a company to finish my basement, I would choose them again

    When we decided to build a new home, we interviewed six custom home builders. After searching several areas where we could build, we settled on Evans Farm in Lewis Center. A short list of builders were approved to build in this community. I spoke to the developer and discussed some of the shortcomings I found among builders we’d met and asked for suggestions. Stonecliff Homes was one of the developer’s suggestions. I had not heard of this builder, but after learning that Stonecliff would be in the 2019 Parade of Homes, I felt it was worth a look. We had several meetings with Pat and looked at some of his work and his design build process. A year later, we are now living in a beautiful new Stonecliff home in Evans Farm. Throughout the process, Stonecliff displayed a great deal of flexibility, allowing us the opportunity to engage in much of the customization and to create some really special features at a very competitive cost. Through the process Pat remained personally available to us. We’re particularly proud of our walk in pantry, large laundry room, under stair wet bar and spectacular walk in closets. I don’t know if this will be our forever home, but, if we do build again, Stoneclff will be our first call

    Well first of all, I got this company number from a friend. Then I gave them a call and left a message, sent text as well with my info. However, the guy responded right away and asked for my address and info about the project. Looks like he was nice and easy going. He gave an app to take a look, never showed up. I gave him a call, after multiple tries he responded with "I'll take a look next week " and never happened. I called again to see if he is still interested, he said he will do the job on Mon. ,Imagine, he never looked up the project!! Then he did not show up on Mon. Then gave him a call on Mon. said he is coming on Thur. He did not and will never show up. Be ware as this guy is misleading and dealing with him is a waste of time . I contacted the person who gave me his number, and he agreed that he had an issue with him himself about a payment the this contractor denied to give it to him until after he threaten to sue him. I am happy after all that I did not have a chance to work with him. after ll it's up to you

    Very badly. It was a nightmare and still is a nightmare. I WILL NEVER USE DIYANNI EVER AGAIN!!! They constantly discredit our complaints about this needing fixed and corrected. We've had their contractors leave urine and feces on our property. Leaky windows, doors (still leaking), damaged countertops, electrical issues with faulty breakers and so many more other things went wrong. Biggest issue was our basement flooding twice. Mostly recently about a week and half ago. I, the homeowner, got fed up with it and decided to look into the problem myself. I found out that the sump pit and the sump pump were installed incorrectly. Ultimately when we moved in, the sump pump was clogged by the gravel left in the pit. Sump pump was only working at 12% capacity. Naturally when you have a sump pump that isn't working at it's full capacity, it can't keep up with additional rain water. That's why our basement flooded twice. Since i've repaired the problem, we've had no issues with water in the basement. About a week after this review, I received a call from Ray Diyanni. We spoke on the phone for about an hour discussing my complaint. I will admit that after the phone call, I felt a little better that someone actually listened. After a couple more phones calls and about a week later, Ray and I came to an agreement. Diyanni Custom Homes made things right and they are still continuing the customer service that I believe a homeowner needs. So at this point I would change my grading of Diyanni from an F to an A. Receiving a phone call from one of the owners and agreeing with the complaint and making it right is A+ in my book
