"I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. "JCJ Builders was a great company to work with and they produced a beautiful kitchen in my 1920s home. Jeff Jones was professional and thorough. He had a very detailed approach to our remodel. Every step was carefully planned and executed. He kept to the time lines established and managed all of his trades well. The job site was left clean at the end of every day. We received daily updates on the progress and were contacted immediately when decisions needed to be made. Jeff listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best products and finishes for our project. He also worked to keep us comfortable and safe in our home during the renovation by setting up a temporary kitchen for us to use and mandating procedures for workers necessary during the pandemic. The quality of work was excellent and we appreciated the time and effort spent to preserve and enhance the 1920s charm of our home. We are 100% satisfied with the finished project which included an entirely brand new kitchen, removal of a wall, refinishing all of the floors and painting all of walls and wood trim on the first floor, refacing the fireplace and installing new patio doors as well as a new hot water heater.
