Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Above and beyond. I first contacted Jeff fo rsome roof/gutter work. He determined he was not the right person for the job but gave me another lead. (Ihired the other guy and he did a nice job. We talked about some other projects. Jeff identified a poor gas connection and replaced it. A shallow well pump which had not worked in several years was fixed. He installed a new bath light fixture and returned several times to finish the plaster work around the opening. I could not be more pleased with the work. In addition he is very personable, friendly and willing to share ideas and experience."
