We initially called another company out a week prior for emergency services but after trying to convince us to spend thousands of dollars to fix the issue we decided to call someone else. Active Rooter answered when we called (we tried a couple other places today prior to them with no response) and even though it was a Friday evening agreed to come out. They arrived when they said they would, were professional and more than fair with their pricing. They fixed the issue quickly and for much less than we were quoted by the other company. We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing/drain issues and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

Perfect. The guys were prompt (arrived 5 minutes before appointment time). Mark was very courteous. He was very patient in explaining the problem/s with each item that we needed him to work on. Price was very fair, much less than Roto-Rooter, Valu-Rooter, and some other plumbers (I did some price shopping). Active Rooter plumbers are very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire them again, should I need their help in future.

Father and Son came to my house as I was having issues with the bathroom plumbing. I live in an older house. They went up on the roof to Jet the Stink pipe as the outside access was no where to be found. Once he started Jetting, we found out we do have an access on the ground. He was able to dig around it and told us how we should replace the cap of it. He was very knowledgable and TOOK HIS TIME! I had the pipes jetted just three months prior for same reason and the other plumber was on my roof five minutes and said he was done. This company came and jetted it and put the camera down the pipe and talked me through everything. I WILL HIRE AGAIN in a heartbeat and I have already referred this company to my friends and family. We are located in Vermilion, Ohio

hired another plumber to do the job a month later it had only gotten worse and he only came 3 times and made a huge mess and we found these guys at active rooter and they responded immediately came next day checked it out gave a price we got the money together and today they came and got the job done in an hour or less. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I called early on a Sunday morning. It was "urgent" but not an emergency, I could wait until Monday morning. First thing Monday morning I got a call back, followed-up later in the day w a text message. I appreciate this level of responsiveness. While I ended up not needing their service, I will be keeping their # for future reference. I will gladly recommend this business to friends.

The plumber snaked out my drain that has either been slow or completely blocked for months. I finally gave up trying to resolve the issue myself. And considering the amount of time it took the pros to solve the problem it was well worth the price and I feel stupid for waiting so long.

I was impressed!  They arrived punctually, hours before the granite installers, and disconnected the plumbing as expected.  To protect my marble floors, they even took off their shoes.  A few hoses were worn, so, they even replaced those for free.  The new faucet install and granite looks great!  I will definitely use Active Rooter again, as they were professional, punctual, and priced-right! In the end, they did a nice job without overcharging, even the granite installers stated the price I paid the plumber was "very reasonable" compared to what other customers typically pay.  
Trust me, use Active Rooter, you won't regret it!

 Both times Mark and his son were prompt, cordial, and careful not to make a mess while snaking the sewer lines. The entire job could have been done in one visit, but we were in the middle of helping our son move to his new place and decided two visits were be more convenient for us.  We were very impressed by the whole experience, the detail directions of what they would do to correct the issue, and all costs were given up front. We will definitely use Active Rooter, again, for any other similar issues with our plumbing.
