"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Kenny was on time, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my toilet. Completed the repair in under an hour and charged me less than his original online estimate as the job was less involved than originally quoted. "Great experience-we love our new bathroom! JCJ Builders and owner Jeff Jones did a very professional and fantastic job for us. Jeff designed the project, put together a game plan, (in writing) and brought the job in on schedule and on budget. All his guys and tradesmen were pro's, who worked extremely hard, yet were clean and cautious in our home. Jeff accommodated our 3 dogs and they looked forward to him coming in every morning , as we were having our coffee, and saying 'Good Morning', and petting each one. We also felt very appreciative of his candor in picking out colors, styles and fixtures, eye on the small details and the little extras he performed for us. Anyone looking for a Designer/Builder, General Contractor, Jeff Jones and JCJ get our highest of recommendations."
