"If you're looking for new windows or a patio door, look no further. Windows Universe took all the uncertainty out of buying new windows. After getting estimates from two other well known window dealers in the area, it was very refreshing to have Windows Universe come to our home and give us a very straight forward, fair and honest estimate for our windows and patio door. Their approach to window sales is different from all the rest. They addressed my concerns, discussed options leaving me well informed and completed our visit in 45 minutes with a ”Thank you for your time” and “give us a call if you’re interested.” There were none of the “other guys” high pressure tactics and games. No “tonight only” deals or a starting on Mars price to eventually bring it down to Earth. One of my other estimates lasted nearly 4 hours! A real, no hassle lifetime warranty is all part of the deal. They walk the walk as proven to me when they replaced our new patio door with another because of a few issues that I was dissatisfied with. "Would give no stars if that was possible!! Horrible customer service, poor craftmanship, never an apology when the job was done wrong. Took over a year to get a simple roof and siding job done....still not fully completed. Will not respond to messages. Crews could not communicate in English had to call a 3rd party person for translation. Left work site an absolute mess that we had to clean up. Every time something was mentioned that needed to be fixed had to fight and argue to get someone to come out and fix the issue, workers walked off the job leaving my house to be open to water damage with rain storm approaching, had to secure my house myself from water damage. Every time some one actually came out to try to fix a problem another problem was created. Careless working crew. All about the money but never a quality job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!!!"
