    Crew arrived a 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Once on site found out they arrived with the WRONG WINDOWS FOR THE JOB. Had to return to the warehouse which was a one hour drive away then turnaround to come back. After window installation, found (3) of the window locks were loose. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Could see that possibly happening with (1) window.... BUT (3)..? These are supposed to be SPECIAL ORDER WINDOWS...😡 It was noted on the job release paperwork with a part number for replacement

    Jason did and his crew did a great job. The only problem was they ordered the wrong sliding glass door and had to wait to get it replaced it didn’t have the grid work in the door but that has been taken care of they came back out and changed the door to the correct one. The only other problem was 4 of the tabs on the windows broke the first time I cleaned them, they did send a repairman out to fix them. They appear to be working fine now. Thank you we were to receive a gift card for $100.00 when we had them come out but have not received it every one says to ask someone else very poor communication, that was one of the reasons we scheduled the appointment for you to come out

    We had purchased 15 windows, a 12 ft picture window, and a sliding glass door from Quality Windows, and what a great experience!! They had someone out the day after the initial call to measure and give the estimate. Then 3 weeks later our windows were being installed. What great service!! Everyone from the sales to the installers were very professional! This is the 4th time someone in our family has used QUALITY WINDOWS, and the service has always been professional and timely!! We always check around and comparison shop just because we like a great deal, and every time No One can beat their prices!

    Very easy to deal with. Set up appointment with no problems. Arrived on time. Tore out 8 old aluminum windows and replaced with 8 vinyl sliders including a large picture window. From start to finish the 2 gentlemen were done in 4 hours. They were very professional and worked efficiently. They cleaned up quick when everything was done. They even disposed of an again. The windows look great. Very professional job. I would definitely use them again
