He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. "Wonderful service. The owner and his helper get me informed through every stage of the construction. The quality was phenomenal. An example of the quality....when they put down the waterproof membrane, it developed gas bubbles under it. I would never have known unless I got on a ladder and looked. However, it was not acceptable to Shannon, the owner of this company and he tore off the 1st one and replaced it to meet his high standards. The finishes to the posts, the trim, and all aspects were perfect. Because my patio roof was an odd size, Jerry, the other worker, came up with a solution with J channels that looks awesome. It is attached very securely to my house. In fact, the house would probably fall down before the patio cover. Footers are 24” wide by 36” deep. I am so pleased with their work that, eventually, I will have them put a new porch cover up. A really important aspect about this company is that they were as excited and pleased with the completion of my project as me."

"I wanted straighter/level deck & edges of a 97 year old slate roof before removing the slate, replacing the deck, and replacing the slate with asphalt shingle. My thought was to prop low spots in the wavy front edge in front, and prop the sagging corners in back; then, to build triangular braces similar to one extant on the house, like many on houses of similar age and design in the neighborhood. The idea of propping the low spots was dismissed, discussed again, and eventually dismissed as unnecessary; the low spots were forced up by hand, and fascia boards attached. While I was told the weight of the new roof might drop the level of the low spots again, this may have been more than anticipated; in retrospect it may have been preferable to force the low spots higher than could be done by hand, as the discrepancies from linear in the edges of the roof have, I think, caused inability to properly interface the drip edges and guttering at many places. I would though hire Dave's again."
