The on-site team—Ian, Josh, and Joe—were professional, respectful, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were incredibly courteous, punctual, efficient and thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy). Jorge and his team were always communicative; responsive and checking in with me every step of the way. Both Jorge and Teresa went above and beyond to address any small issues with solutions and options. This gave me a lot of confidence and assurance throughout the project. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!"

"Several years ago, this firm installed a really nice deck. Looks great. I regularly host outdoor gatherings and use the deck through much of the year. While the initial work was excellent, the lifetime guarantee is non-existent. I have a small structural problem. I have tried to reach them repeatedly via phone and web, but they won't even respond, much less honor their guarantee."

"I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."
