Everything went as planned, the deck is home to a hot tub for over 3 years with no issues.

We had Andrew reframe a window and the trim replaced. He had to custom, make the wooden window sill to match the other window. Everything was completed as specified, and his price was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied. We would definitely have him come again if we need carpentry work.
