Ravemor did a great job fixing up a bunch of issues we were having with some older windows in our home.  They repaired a broken screen for us, and obtained and installed 4 missing screens.  They also fixed a broken window that wouldn't open at all.  All windows are now working properly and we were very pleased with both the repair and our interactions with Ravemor.  They were prompt to call me to set up an estimate, and arrived on time both for the estimate and to have the work finished.  We would use them again in the future.

Called Ravemor for an estimate to repair the windows after a home inspection. He also advised they could fix the siding that needed repaired also. When he came out for the estimate and measurements, he advised he needed to order a part for one of the windows. It took two weeks to come in, just as they indicated in the estimate. They promptly came out and did the repairs. The workers were late but they worked fast and did a great job.

As the result of our home inspection we had to have 2 window panes replaced because of moisture. I called Ravemor to get an estimate. They had someone out the next day to take measurements and provide an estimate. It was a fair price so I went ahead with the job. 2 weeks later the glass was in and they came out to replace the panes. The 2 men were on time came in removed the windows and completed the job out on their truck in about half the time they estimated. The windows looked great and satisfied our remedy item on our real estate contract.

The guy that came out was clean and reliable.  He did it quickly.  There were just 2 tiny little things that he left and he said that he was going to come out and fix it.  It has been good so far.

I call them almost every year for paint touch ups and some odd jobs, they have benn great to work with

This was the third time we used Ravemor for drywall repair, and as with the two previous repairs, our experience was fantastic.  For this particular project, we were concerned about a contractor's ability to match the popcorn ceiling in our mid-1980s house.  The ceiling repair in the dining room took three trips--one for the drywall installation, one for mudding, and then a third one for the actual popcorn application.  The bathroom project only needed to be addressed on the third trip.  The results in both rooms were great, and no one would ever know that there had been a hole in the dining room ceiling or that the bathroom ceiling had once had a bad goopy repair by a different contractor.  Extremely pleased with the results, and we would use Ravemor again for any drywall repairs.

We have used Ravemor for various services. The outcome is pretty much a mixed bag. They painted several times. The first time was reasonably priced and a very good job. The second time was pretty much the same space but they charged twice as much. They didn't do all the job, but when they came back to finish, they charged again. We objected to this and they would not budge. The work was good so we used them one more time. They told us they would do an hourly charge. It was explained that they would charge from the time they left the 'office' until they returned. Understanding the way they charged, I agreed. The men arrived more than an hour after they left the office. It turned out they stopped for breakfast and charged for that time. They do not use drop cloths so we had to spend a lot of time cleaning paint off woodwork and carpet (we found it after they left). When they finished the work, they sat in the van and visited and laughed for 30 minutes. That time was included in the charges, also. When I objected they charged for half of that time. Carpet cleaning was not much better. We hired them to clean the carpet in an 1800 s.f. vacant home. The cleaner was there only a very short time. The carpet had dirty walk patterns, areas that appeared to not have been cleaned at all -- not even slightly damp and still having foot prints on the carpet pile. They sent another person out the reclean the carpet. This worker was there almost three tmes as long, and the carpet was CLEAN. It looked great. We also had them re-tile a shower. They used two shades of tiles. They did correct it, but I had to call to point it out and ask to have it corrected. The quality of work appears to be related to who comes. They are not a company that you hire and let them work. You must be there to see how they do the work, how long they are there, and do they complete the job. This is unfortunate because we have rental property and would use them much more if we didn't have to watch them so closely. When you have to be there to check on them, call and discuss the problems and then pay for their work, it is more stressful than doing to work yourself. Some of their workers are excellent, some don't care at all.

It was great as usual. I've been using them since 2001, they are very professional, the price is pretty reasonable. I know them, so I trust them.

The estimate was done thoroughly and accurately. We appreciated the way the estimator anticipated potential trouble areas and clearly discussed options with us. We were impressed by the careful attention to detail (especially when comparing Ravemor to another company whose estimator maintained stoney silence and only grudgingly answered questions). The Ravemor estimator was very forthcoming and helpful. We trusted his judgment, and weren't disappointed. Scott, who did the repair work in stages, was extremely hardworking and very attentive to detail: there were a zillion little cracks in our walls in addition to areas with more major damage, and he took the time to be thorough. The quality of his workmanship was also impressive with 2 corners that had been repaired badly before we bought the house. Scott tackled the challenge and got them looking very nice! Finally, we appreciated the way he spotted a trouble spot in our plan for fixing the ceiling in the hallway staircase. We hadn't thought about the different ceiling finishes: Scott identified the problem, and came up with a good solution for transitioning smoothly from one section of the ceiling/hallway into the newly repaired section. I wish all contractors worked this hard to make things look good! While this kind of preparation for painting was a greater expense than we'd anticipated, Ravemor was right in the ballpark compared to other estimates. All in all, we're really pleased and would confidently recommend them.

Overall experience was fair. There was some confusion which turned out to be very frustrating for me. When I called the office to schedule someone to come out to give an estimate for a leak, I asked if it was free. It was. Then the person who came told me it was a "service" call and it would be $85 no matter what just for them showing up. I would've told them to shove it but we had a really bad leak so they ended up caulking around outside which reduced the leak but did not stop it. The good note was they came the same day I called and they were very nice. I did have to use another company to have it fixed for good. So, based on this particular experience, I would not use them again.

They are neat and do a good job. They are also very fast, very friendly and punctual.

My furniture needed to be moved to get out of the way of the stretcher bars. I told the man that the instructions that came with the couch said don't push it around - to pick it up to move it. The technician went out to his truck and brought in furniture movers - some kinds of pads that he put under the legs and the couch just glided around, very clever.

I thought that they were very good, they returned the calls quickly. I left a message and I think somebody called back within ten minutes. They were very personable with me. They were prompt, they were there before the Realtor.

They are responsive. They did the job on the scheduled date. They require fifty percent payment up front. They did quality work. I felt the price was competitive.

The two men contracted by Ravemor were very friendly and polite and I felt comfortable with them in our home, even without my husband there. The project took 3 days instead of 2, but luckily, it didn't end up being an inconvenience to us. The overall quality was satisfactory, but there are still some spots where you can see that there are nails underneath. Next time, we'll probably just try to tackle it ourselves.

They were very prompt and very professional at the start. The price they gave me I felt was high, but I had to get this job done and they could come and do the job when I needed it done. The guy that actually came out to do the job wasn't very professional. He was very slow in getting the work done. A lot of times I would have to double, triple check the work that he did and then make him do it again. He didn't show up on time or didn't even show up a few times and would always complained about the company. I ended up telling them that the job was done and then I finished about the last 20 percent of the job myself. I would not use them again.

I met Chad for the estimate on a Friday afternoon, and they had a job cancel for the following Wednesday. If I agreed with the price, they could get started on Wednesday and they would knock off the $600 surcharge. The price for the patio and sidewalk was less than I got from 2 other contractors for just the patio, so I agreed. The crew arrived Wednesday morning to get started digging up the old patio with a Bobcat. Turns out my old slab was over a foot thick and the Bobcat wasn't doing the job. They had to rent a jackhammer to break up the patio. While someone went to get the jackhammer, the rest of the crew hand dug the sidewalk and placed the forms. Chad had asked me what I wanted to do with the extra dirt they dug out, and we agreed they would put it at the back of my yard where I had a low spot. Unfortunately, it started raining that afternoon. The guys put plastic down where the Bobcat path was from the front yard to the back to try to keep the grass dry. It didn't stop raining for 5 days! I had the broken patio out my back door, the Bobcat sitting in the yard, and the dirt they so kindly spread across my backyard turned to mud. They couldn't get a truck in there until the next Thursday when they were able to get the concrete out and place the forms. Then they put in the gravel. The concrete was poured on Friday. They did a great job despite the delays. I was hoping to keep the existing steps, but they came out with the old concrete, so I had the added expense of the steps. Chad had told me that might happen and I expected it. Because they had the unforeseen expense of the jackhammer rental, I split the cost with Ravemor. All in all, I thought they did a fine job, were very courteous, and Chad stayed in touch with me almost daily until I was satisfied with the job. Chad came back to repair the chain link fence they removed to get the Bobcat in the yard and to remove the spillover concrete in the yard that I couldn't budge. He even replaced my mailbox post that the neighbor broke off for me - for free! Ravemor was easy to work with and very professional even under unexpected circumstances.

He came out and nailed down some shingles after a storm had lifted them. He also did a roof inspection for me.

They were the nicest people I worked with. They did a great job. They were very friendly and very honest. The work they did was much more above and beyond, but did not charge for the extra service.

They did an excellent job. They were polite, professional, on time, and I would use them again.

This wasn't the first time we used Ravemor. They did a great job before and they also did a great job this time. The work done looks perfect. You can't tell that the holes or cracks previously existed. We will definitely use Ravemor again in the future! My rating is A-.

Very well, I have used this company since 2001, they have done many painting jobs for me over the years including an outside gazebo and many indoor rooms.

They came out quickly and were decently priced. The drywall on and around our chimney is almost always falling down due to the leaking problem and we have 18 ft high vaulted ceilings so, I was really impressed with their work and that we haven't any further leaks for about six months since they have been out.

THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND PUMPED OUT ALL THE WATER IN OUR BASEMENT. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY ALSO WENT ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY AND HELPED US WITH A LEAKING SUMP PUMP, WHICH THEY FIXED FOR US, AND HELPED US PROBLEM SOLVE OUR BACK-UP SITUATION, TO HELP US FROM HAVING MORE WATER COLLECT IN OUR BASEMENT UNTIL THE PLUMBER COULD COME A FEW DAYS LATER. WE WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
