"The technician from Mr Rooter, Ivan came out when expected, saw the problem and give me at cost to take care of the situation. The cost was very reasonable and he became the work. "Mike did the replacement on the hot water heater. Was very nice,professional and wanted me to understand everything. Covered the floors....I just can't say enough good about him. In this day and age to have someone come to your house and be so nice and mannerly, clean up after themselves and be there the next morning, and I called the previous night? geesh...they were wonderful!
